These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand:

§ And, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the La Tentaclerie website referred to below "l’acheteur".
I. Object
The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between MCS and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through "La Tentaclerie" website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale, which the purchaser acknowledges having read prior to ordering.
Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the La Tentaclerie site is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale.
MCS retains the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
II. Products
The products offered are those that appear on the Tentaclerie website, while stocks last. La Tentaclerie reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description showing its main technical characteristics (Packaging, shape). The picts are as accurate as possible but do not commit the company in any way. The sale of the products presented on the site is intended for all buyers residing in countries which do not restrict the entry into their territory of this type of product.
III. Prices
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) and all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. La Tentaclerie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated on the product sheets do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total weight of the order. A flat rate contribution to handling costs may be charged to the buyer for certain products (bulky items). This price is clearly indicated in the product sheet.
MASK Center Shop, due to its legal status, is subject to VAT (French Tax Code - 297B Article) and therefore cannot issue an invoice to recover it. The prices applied are in Euros(€)
IV. Order and payment terms
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the La Tentaclerie site. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. On each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information.
La Tentaclerie offers the buyer to order and pay for their products in several stages, with 4 payment options to choose from:

Secure payment by Paypal : The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the cart, modifies if necessary (quantities, references ...), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: « Payment by Paypal ». The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites them to confirm their order by clicking on the button « Confirm order ».Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure Paypal interface in order to securely enter their Paypal account references. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by Paypal account is irrevocable.
Credit card payment secured by Payplug : The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "cart", modifies if necessary (quantities, references ...), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: « Payment by Credit Card ». The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites them to confirm their order by clicking on the button « Confirm order ». Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure Payplug interface in order to securely enter their credit card references. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable.
In the event of fraudulent use, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the payment, the sums paid will then be credited or returned. The cardholder's liability is not incurred if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently.

Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice : « Payment by check ». Finally, the last step asks him to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to confirm his order by clicking on the button « Confirm order ». This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order form confirming the registration of his order. In order to finalize his payment and initiate the processing of his order, the buyer must print this order form, accompanied by his check made payable to «MASK Center Shop» to the following address : MASK Center Shop / La Tentaclerie, 1 Route de Chalons – 51240 Vésigneul Sur Marne. No cash payment should be sent. Only checks issued by a French bank will be accepted. Upon receipt of the check, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email. La Tentaclerie will ship the products no earlier than 2 working days after receipt of the check corresponding to the order, subject to provisions.
Payment by bank transfer : the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the « cart », modify if necessary (quantities, references ...), verify the delivery address or provide a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice : « Payment by bank transfer ». Finally, the last step asks him to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to confirm his order by clicking on the button « Confir order ». This last click forms the final conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order form confirming the registration of his order. In order to finalize his payment and trigger the processing of his order, the buyer must contact his bank in order to make the transfer corresponding to the amount of his order to the bank account of MASK Center Shop, whose details are communicated to the buyer. . Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by e-mail. La Tentaclerie will ship the products no earlier than 2 working days after receipt of the transfer corresponding to the order.
The acceptance of these means of payment remains at the sole discretion of MCS and constitutes acceptance of the following rules:
Receipt of payments within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled beyond that and the customer will no longer be able to pay by these means.
The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. La Tentaclerie will email him confirmation of the registration of his order.
La Tentaclerie retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until full collection of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.
V. Withdrawal (Only for French buyers)
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.
Foreigners can cancel order without any condition for 7 days after reception, all fees are supported by the buyer (Initial shipping cost and return cost), a 10% allowance will be invoiced to cover bank fees and treatment cost.
VI. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographic area. Deliveries are made only with tracking and deliveries against signature. The deadlines are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. "La Tentaclerie" systematically provides the buyer with the tracking number of their package (Accessible on the customer account).
The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the articles leave the premises of the company.
The buyer is required to check in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier.
VII. Warranty
All products supplied by MCS company benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned to MCS who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made electronically to the following address: contact@la-tentaclerie.com, within fourteen days of delivery. Returns must be validated by a return number, any incomplete or non-compliant return will be billed to the customer.
VIII. Responsibility
MCS in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
IX. Intellectual property
All the elements of "La Tentaclerie" site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
X. Personal data
MCS is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the purchaser, which it would be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. He can request it at any time by mail or e-mail.
"La Tentaclerie" does not resell its client portfolio to third companies and does not practice mass mailing.
XI. Litigation
These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Chalons en Champagne
